Holiday Notice

We will be CLOSED on Monday, July 5th in observance of the July 4th holiday.

Our pharmacy department’s new phone number is (512) 829-8681. Please call this number if you need flea/tick or heartworm prevention, prescription food refill, or a prescription drug refill.

The lobby will reopen to clients with scheduled appointments on July 6, 2021.

When you call to make your appointment, our schedulers will ask you if you want to be seen curbside or if you want an in-clinic appointment. Please be sure to tell them which type of appointment you prefer.

To maintain the safest environment possible that we can provide, we ask that all clients stay in their car when they arrive and please wait for a runner to come to your car. The runner will get you checked in. IF you have an in-clinic scheduled appointment, then someone will come and escort you into the building when your room is ready. Please wait in your vehicle. Even though our lobby is large, it can become very crowded very quickly. We ask that everyone please follow these guidelines to help prevent confusion. If you wish for our staff members to wear a mask inside the exam room with you, please be sure to let the runner know.

We ask that no more than 2 people per family accompany your pet into the clinic.

If you do NOT have a scheduled appointment, you will be seen curbside and will not come into the clinic. These type of appointments include:

  • Technician appointments–nail trims, anal gland expressions, removing sutures, etc.
  • Walk-In appointments
  • Emergency appointments–it will be up to the doctor’s discretion on if you will be allowed inside the clinic
  • Pet Pick Up
  • Medication or Food Pick Up

We ask clients to remain on-site in their vehicle during their pet’s appointment so that they are immediately available should we have any questions and in order to return your pet as quickly as possible. The doctor will visit with you about your pet either in your car or by phone (that will be up to the doctor).

We ask that when you make the appointment you please give us a credit card to place on file to run after your animal is seen. The card will be processed when your animal is returned to your vehicle.

Prescriptions and medications dispensed in-house will be brought to your car when your pet is returned.

Thank you for your understanding!
