Dr. Kathleen Kalbian - Veterinarian

Dr. Kathleen Kalbian will be joining our team starting August 7, 2023.

She grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ, in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in chemical biology. She spent a year working at UPenn's swine center while applying to vet schools, then went on to receive her DVM from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. Dr. Kalbian spent this past year completing a mixed animal internship in Alvarado, TX, and has loved caring for everything from cats and dogs to horses and goats.

Kathleen enjoys caring for her succulent plant collection, long-distance running, hiking in state parks, and any other activity that gets her outside. She loves taking her bloodhound Val out exploring the city of Austin and also relaxing with her two cats, Morty and Alfred.
